    all these are gonna happen on 2033...so...respect metro...it's like a prophecy

    anyway nobody needs gtx 685 on 1 screen to be honest...gtx680 will provide smooth gameplay on 1 monitor for at least 18 months...it's powerful and high overclockability sends it a level beyond gtx 580/480 and the past...............

    Im waiting for 780GTX. This never failed me before!
    GF Ti 4200 -> GF 7800GTX -> GF 480GTX -> ?GF 780GTX -> ?GF48k GTX?
    Im sticking with 4s and 7s, and it was always a good choice!

    I don't see how you can say this. The higher the resolution the more that memory bandwidth becomes a factor. All the leaked information points to the 7970 having way more bandwidth. Whether or not it effects performance at 1080p is arguable. Where it will effect performance is in multi-monitor capabilities, which supposedly the 680 is capable of.

    According to computerbase.de 7970 scales worse at 2560, going from 4xMSAA to 8xMSAA.

    Worse then both gtx 580 and 6970.

    As I said one time before... I'm at a 570 now - unless this thing costs less than $300 and has double the performance its not worth the upgrade to me. Ohh were the days of a card around that price that did double the performance.

    It's a cooler that been around for a while and seems to be compatible with the 680.

    The Accelero Xtreme wont ever be compatible unless nVidia drops the retarded Stacked PCI-E Connector.

    I wish they did, because i feel more for 3 x 92MM Fan.

    I currently got my Accelero Xtreme fixed at 40% Speed which is well...inaudible.

    Apart from that the VRM Heatsinks that come with the Twin Turbo II seem rather small. Seeing the PCB Design of the 680 it looks like they need to make a seperate VRM Heatsink set.

    The VRM Heatsinks that came with my Accelero Xtreme Plus for the 580 got much bigger VRM Heatsinks and seem to fitt on the 680 aswell. But they don't sell them seperately.

    EDIT:

    Ah yes, they come with the VR004 set. =]

    according to fudzilla, the 680 will be price at $499.
    http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/26437-nvidia-gtx-680-price-now-set-at-us-$499

    but lets be real here, fudzilla has as much credibility as santa claus does. so take it with a mountian of salt.
