Tomb Raider (2015): Rise of the Tomb Raider

According to Digital Foundry the Xbox version suffers from sub-par image quality, framerate drops to 25 fps during combat, laggy controls and screen tearing so I think I will wait for the PC version to come out next year, thank you very much. Very nearly bought the game too until I read that article which led me to promptly cancel my pre-order.

I'll wait for an official release date to be announced.
Amazon creates place holder release dates constantly. Them having a release date means about as much as knowing a game will come to PC.

a quick update, rise is gonna be released april 2016 as of one of the websites i checked before, i m not sure which one, but it stated that it's gonna be april 2016

I don't think so.The release date is end of January and anyway that's the release stated on steam - January 2016

 

well wikipedia says end of january 2016, so it's getting confusing

 

The April 1 is a place holder release date amazon uses when they don't have anything more solid.
For years, April 1 was listed as DNF's release date on amazon.

 

That was indeed the longest release date window in gaming history.

Not having a go or anything, but what the hell is so interesting about this reboot of TR? I found it to be the most mediocre TR since Dark Angel (which, from mem, i kinda enjoyed).

You've expressed on several occasions you're dislike for the game. And, that's fine. I disagree, as it's the first Tomb Raider I've personally really enjoyed... and I'm very excited for the sequel.

Will this be for Windows 10 only?

 

Early rumors pointed to it being Win10 exclusive, but at the moment... it's unknown.

Don't think it will be windows 10 exclusive.
If this game is dx12 then it will work on windows 10
Only,but there will be dx11 for windows 7

 

Would be surprised if it was for win 10 only.
The sales weren't that great on xbone so they will probably will want to maximise sales on other platforms.
Great game thou having played it on xbox, better than the reboot game imo.
