^I know, it's like they're trying to kill each other with airsoft guns or something.

It does look a bit strange, but you have to remember that this is a RPG like Borderlands or Destiny. There are different weapon levels and damage outputs. Two players who are the same level might not necessary be doing the same damage output.

God it looks awful. Nothing like the game we saw few years ago. However those PC shots do give us a tiny hope.

Those images are jpegs. but they show few things.
1st: on Low it looks like Hellgate London (on Max).
2nd: Ultra uses some post-processing filter which makes details into blurry mess
3rd: Ultra mostly improves detail level of static meshes
4th: On second set of screenshots (computer room) floor looks as poorly on Ultra as it does on Low
5th: 3rd and 4th set shows those baked-in cubemap reflections instead of real time reflection. And 6th set indicates same thing.

But that's IQ, and I am not concerned much about it. Play style is more important to me, and it simply does not look right at all to me.

Yeah i didnt find the images to be all that useful. I mean, most of them are comparing Low vs Ultra at different times of day.

More interested in the settings info. TAA is fantastic.

That and i just like reading DSOGs comments sections for a laugh. Mods need to be harsher over there, imo.

    Just my 2 cents but:

Particle Detail (could enable the particle destruction engine they showed first time)
Enable Wind-affected Snow (could enable melting snow)
Local Reflection Quality (ha, so probably no GI)

That "Local Reflection Quality" may enable hybrid reflection. Maybe some way to combine cubemap reflection with local life objects. But main issue with those cube maps is resolution and alignment as they are not very accurate.

The big question is the end game content. Has Ubisoft learned from Destiny in that respect?

Can’t post the link ATM, but there is a new article on Gamespot, that says it won’t include Brooklyn, even though it was shown in previews. As you can image it will come as DLC. Same goes for Queens, Bronx and so on. After that expect microtransactions for exp boosts and so on. That is if the game lasts long enough to justify making those. As it is Ubisoft, my expectations are below low and since @Mr.Bigtime mentioned it, the lack of some kind of non-human enemies is also a concern for me. Shooting people in hoodies in and outside generic buildings will get old real fast IMO.
