Read they sold XP Boosts.
Seriously man.. F**K modern games!
Such a sad and low state the gaming industry is in the past 5 years.
True that! Glad I can still play games like GOW, UNcharted 4, HOrizon Zero Dawn, and just enjoy them
Looks like we can forget DX12 update for the Anvil engine that game use, AMD silently updated their page for this game, there is no mention of DX12 now.
Another step in moving away from video games and going towards payment platforms. I wonder how the developers who actually make these games feel. Do they still enjoy their jobs?
True. By the time game released at 4-Oct, all mentions to DX12 disappeared. lol Bugisoft.
Nowadays, every one wants a salary and a bonus, even if he/she has to sell his/her soul to the Devil. If their superiors or admins or shareholders demand more profit even if it translates to customer's or employee's dissatisfaction, they must comply to their expectations. That's real life unless you work as a public servant.
Am I the only person here thats enjoying the game?
Probably not, but overall negative sentiment will likely drown out the positive views.
Played the beta and it was definitely wait for a deep sale game.
Incredible game. Only wannabe gamers enjoy it sorry. No hope for game industry future. RIP QA.
It is not like wildlands, it is like division 2 in other setting environment and better graphics. Disgusting.
True gamers respect the history of a franchise. Ghost recon died with this cash grab. RTX Dead brain.
* Wheeze *
Gamers rise up, Amiright?!
Only us True gamers respect games!
Also I love the RTX dig at a game with no RTX features, Just gotta get meet the daily quota.
What a mess. Im not even playing Ubisoft games anymore. Last one was Watchdogs i think and i'll probably get the third one. Ofc waiting for next Splinter Cell and thats it.
Well it is like a slogan a sentence to achieve maximum visual quality. At the moment Breakpoint is the heaviest game in the industry. Anyway, good visuals do not equal great gameplay. Sure it is great and enjoyable, but it is not a ghost recon like the others. If you see that game as a game and not as a continuation, I agree. I enjoy it. But it is so different. It reminds other game.
Like those who never liked origins and odyssey after ac series of old days. Each to his own I guess.
Nope. I actually dunno what all the kids are whining about, me and 2 friends have more fun than we had with Wildlands. Lol.
I think ppl are pissed about the leveled loot system in a GhostRecon game and that's it. Every other negative point is just boosted beyond logic. Up to this day i never had a game breaking bug and just 1 disconnect in over 10hours of coop.
Now maybe the console versions are much worse, that i dunno. For PC it's a great experience so far and i can't wait for the things to come down the roadmap. But then - RDR2 is coming up as well.... gah
So Ubisoft made Ghost Recon into the same gigantic-but-bland openworld semi-rpg, just like Far Cry and Assassin's Creed, where they then sell cosmetics (and dances, iirc) and xp/resource boosters? Color me surprised... Can this company do anything else at this point?
For real gamers (lol) who actually enjoy this game there is a great interactive map over here: (so far it's the only map i could find atm)
Patch notes are up.
A good initial start for bug fixing at least and some general improvements.
The game is complete garbage, no way around it.
