I have thought about its, alot... but tbh, anything over 2 GPU's really doesnt scale all that well.. im willing for someone to prove me wrong, but ive looked into it quite a bit :)

From what I've seen theres decent scaling with up to 3 gfx cards. 4870x3? :3

    Fine, wait for dx11. ;p

I was thinking of getting a case without a window for my build coming up but... that red cathode looks so damn good... Meh, I'll be on air anyways. I think I'll save my pennies for now. I might grab a red cathode and have the light bleed through the fan grates.

I'm thinking about grabbing the Antec 300, 50 bucks on newegg right now. I like the fan setup on it quite a bit.

More than enough space for me.

Back on topic, Mike's rig is sweet. I'm sure his coolant is Kool-Aid.

What a fantastic idea. To actually run kool-aid as coolant. Sure it would need to be cleaned (drank?) more often...but awesome.

Nothing like nice warm kool-aid for those winter nights. :p Although I'm pretty sure sugar is corrosive.

Thanks guys... i might look into the 1gb 4870 ;) we shall see!

Oh, and on the blue LED, it is a little irritating, but the pictures make it stand out far more than it actually does in reality. The LED is actually pretty small...

Postman - That is beautiful, very nice indeed! It would great to see some more detail pictures is possible (I'm sure Mike won't mind)! By the way is that a 30" Gateway in the back, that is awesome! At the moment I'm running a Gateway 2485w 24" and I'm looking to upgrade, that 30" LCD is high on my list!
