Well, we already know Portal 2 is coming, HL:3 seems like the second reasonable option, I wonder what surprise three will be?

Maybe it's not a game, but something new for Steam?

(I hope it's more free games )

 

Valve is going to release Counter-Strike 1.6 & Source as "Free 2 play", no longer requiring a purchase.

Well hopefully they dont call it episode 3 with 4 hours gameplay. Hopefully its Half life 3 with at least 12 hours gameplay with new enemies and weapons and stuff.

They're selling out lol. Valve, an Activision/Blizzard company. Then they'll release Episode 3 in 2013, and then they'll release a Half-life movie in 2020, because that's the best way to view it.

I can only imagine that device malfunctioning. I'd imagine those "biometrics" will be used to spam advertisements in games at some point. Hopefully that is not their intention and if it's not I'm sure they'll have every big ad company banging down their doors for that info.

 

They said it's going to be longer than HL2 + EP1.

 

Half-Life 2: Episode 3 1/2

 

i was thinking the same thing for some reason, it would certainly be a huge surprise.

Half Life III would be another great surprise. :nerd:

 

I don't want HL3, I want that in about another 5 years, and I want it to be the first time we see the new engine. Just like HL2. It was sooooo worth waiting for and it was amazing in every way possible to me at the time. I bought an Athlon 3000+, 512mb DDR400mhz and a Radeon 9600XT. It was bloody amazing. The physics! Oh my Lord!

But erm yeah, HL2 Ep3 would be nice.

 

The first two wouldn't exactly be surprises...
we should look up the definition of surprise.

for surprises we have to look at any UN-announced projects.
