I just got a new HDMI monitor today. Currently, I have 2 monitors connected to my GTX 460(not SLI, not xfire).

    LG monitor >>DVI cable>>> GTX 460
HP monitor >> HDMI cable >> GTX 460.

But why is my new HP monitor telling me it does not support HDCP?I am pretty sure it does. See screenshot :

Do you get the same result when only the HP monitor is connected?

If you have both enabled and then restart, is that still the same.
With drivers before r300 branch, each time I enabled my Sony TV, it was reported has non HDCP compliant. But I noticed that restarting the PC with both display enabled corrected the problem.
With Latest drivers it is not the case anymore. It is directly marked as HDCP when enabled.

But as Killer said, this is only needed when watching protected videos (Blu-ray....). Do you really need that?
