Does quantum tunneling happen inside of black holes? If yes, would that mean particles can escape, making the black hole smaller over time? If yes, doesn't that mean the escape rate increases as it gets smaller as particles have a smaller distance to the tunneling barrier? Wouldn't that look like Hawking radiation?
I ponder on things that us humans have no answers to. Such as life on other planets, how far does space go, what happens after you die, etc?
Yeah, why do you park on the driveway and drive on the parkway? And apartments...they are dwellings clumped together, they are not apart. What’s with that? Alas, I ponder to much,,,,,,
What do people even do with most of their time, sure some people fill their time with things to do and are "productive", but a large portion do not appear to do anything outside of their jobs, besides vegetating in front of a screen of somekind, or talking about random meaningless baloney with others. Just how much of people's lives, is spent "idling"?
I ponder why many, many people would know a better way to tackle things on earth, like different politics, doing more for the environment, spending a little more on those having less than we do, how hoarding is still the main thing humans do, even after a few thousand years of "civilization", stuff like that.
Let's start: Why humanity is becoming dumber as the techology is getting smarter? In kindergarden kids are told to share, it is a good way to act and behave, but when we are grown up, we realize that it is stupid if you share. Somebody will call pirate those who share.... Why is so hard to remeber something or getting to sleep when you force it, and easy and efortless when you just let it happen naturally? I could go on for days...
Time spent pondering is time not being spent crushing your enemies, seeing them driven before you, and hearing the lamentation of the women!
Indeed, I recognised it too... who cares about horses, the wind, and a falcon or whatever that other guy meant.
Why is the 2080Ti so expensive? Why is the S10 so expensive? How well will AMD fare this year with Matisse and Navi? I really need to upgrade...
How did Hawking live so long with a disease no one else lives half as long with? There's my pondering. And how did his wiener work? And how did he get in touch with Epstein to doodle woman? https://i.**********/8PWf07MT/f.png
Actually you're supposed to die about 3 years after being diagnosed with ALS. Hawking had a variant of the disease that turns out to be non-lethal. You don't need a working wiener if you're famous (or rich)
Pondering is like yondering only with the mind. Not as deep as brainstorming, more relax and take it as it comes. Like OP person very well said it, "idling". We all need to do it every so often.
