    proof it ;) also infamous second son has no reflections i saw none the last time i watched output of it there are only shadows no realtime NPC reflections the same like in Watch_Dogs.


    You should see a reflection on the pavement but what are you seeing ?

    only a casted Shadow no casted Realtime Reflection ;)

    neither you would see one if you move over a puddle it would be extremely demanding for the PC even more then it would be for the PS4, though it would impact it also thus why you see none it's a technical decision.

    My Lens Flares shouldn't lower performance. No one has ever reported that they did so you should be just fine. :)

    Guys the only mod i got installed is this from TheWorse (v1.0)
    i found a missing texture, i guess is a mod missing texture (or Vanila) ???
    Go to this location:

    mmmmm, i try to make collision with the invisible object but looks like there's nothing in this place, maybe just a "sitting script" of a NPC not intended to be here.
    I mean, something wrong about "increased population " ??? :/

    There are a lot of options to choose from with your lens flares. Can you tell me what options you use?

    Can we use the configurator with version 1.0? I liked the ability to turn on/off features since I only have 3gb of vram. That seemed like a major technical achievement, I just assumed it would always be there...why would you remove it?

    Hey, sorry I couldn't weed through literally thousands of posts to figure this out. New baby and all, anyway, I'm not a total n00b. I waited SO long until it reached final 1.0 to get my hands dirty, I backed up the watch_dogs installation folder using acronis backup, so now I can make ALL the mistakes I want, maybe mess it all up, and restore it to default and try again. I'M READY TO GET MY HANDS DIRTY!

    Is there a somewhat simplistic guide out there on how to install theworse mod 1.0? Preferably a video guide! Please help!!!

    @CMH175...

    Using Bloom High and Fog minimal, is not changing anything in the image on a rainy night, Bloom is not getting stronger, even going to file [windy_city.game] and changing the value of TAG [bloomsettingsBloom] ... could verify this ?

    Nvidia Driver update 340.52 *Watch dogs profile*

    Hey guys,

    Just saw a new Nvidia Driver update 340.52, it says there is a performance boost update for the watch dogs profile! I haven't been able to try the driver yet, i'm not home. Has anyone tested it out? I wonder how this update performs w/ the vanilla verison and w/ the mods as well? I'm eager to find out, let me know if anyone has a chance to do testing, i wont be able to for about 6 hours...

    I'm not sure what this is in reference to. Are you trying to increase the bloom effect? If you're using the configurable version I released the fog settings have been lowered, how ever it's not default or gone.

    The Environment lighting makes it too dark. Either unpack the mod and remove the environmentlighting.lib or use the configurable version I released and don't use the effect.

    No, the WD config tool was programmed specifically for v0.8. It wont support the files necessary for this mod. I already tried repurposing it for the configurable version I released but it didn't work. I'm putting together my own gui config tool.

    Hi,
    the game downloaded the new update today- my question is, did it owerwrite
    "your "patch.dat and patch.fat files ?
    I forgot to back them up..

    EDIT: nope, I did -you did LOL- the files are in the root of your mod folder .
    And yes, the files have been owerwritten .

    Ubisoft released a new patch today? I haven't turned on my gaming pc yet today. Can you guys confirm this? If there is in fact a new official patch I'll incorporate it into the mod. I can do it sooner if someone can upload it for me too.

    ~Seems to be true, plenty of talk about it on Steam. Can someone upload the patch for me? I'll look through it and get it added to the mod this afternoon. Otherwise it may not be done and ready till tomorrow sometime.

    how they expect us to enjoy that visuals when we know there´s more than that?

    hope the worse can re-patch the patch.

    Hi cmh175, you say The actual patch file doesn't have anything new that wasn't in the first patch they released. They either updated them a bit or the real update is the new Disrupt_b64.dll and watch_dogs.exe.

    I try to search the different with previous patch too, and I found some file have different crc32 from previous patch.

    Here list file:
    \ui\fire\bin\cityhotspots.feu (this file is new, previous patch don't have this)
    \worlds\windy_city\generated\wlu\wlu_data_01_loop_hubunlock_mission.xml.data.fcb
    \worlds\windy_city\generated\wlu\wlu_data_a02_m08a.xml.data.fcb
    \worlds\windy_city\generated\combinedmovefile.bin
    \worlds\windy_city\generated\windy_city_depload.dat

    Dunno if this file is the main issue for free stuttering in new patch...
    Hope it will help you to mix mod with new patch :D
