    @ TheWorse - 0.99v is very good, the atmosphere is great..

    However, I encountered a few problems or bugs:

    1. Red Sun before dusk and when it begins to rain:

    SSS is going on by default though depending on the TOD modifications it's Feedback differs big time it can have very good results but Mods also can destroy them easily

    Watch_Dogs has no SSS like you would think of it in the Sense that Light goes through the Skin visually so the Sunlight rarely penetrates anything but it's quiet ok :)

    especially if you always keep the performance results in mind :)

    I appreciate your opinion, but there is certainly a difference with the rain especially. Pure E3 rain is more intense, reacts perfectly with the wind, illuminates better under lighting and the floor textures during and after rain look exceptionally perfect in terms of reflections and it looks tessellated, hence the Parallax effect. Just thought I'd let you know. Something to consider.

    I also noticed the slo-mo effect captures a hundred times more particles especially during rain.

    Just letting you know what the opposition has. I hope this information helps contribute to the overall quality of your excellent modification. Thank you man!

    Sub surface scattering is something muuch much more complex than a simple normal map or specular map (Actually used in watchdogs)

    What you see in different tods is how the normal maps react to the time of day (the light) Not sub surface scattering.

    I'll take a look at that later.

    There is SSS else you wouldn't get this color reactions and blur factors also the skin would look flat same for they eyes they doesn't, there is only no visible penetration of any sort at least i couldn't see any or setup any situation in those the skin would be penetrated.

    And they also tried to simulate Wet Skin @ Rain not only clothes :)

    you are interpretting sharpness as better this is a subjective perception thing ;)

    Ubisoft tries to fool you for Performance and in some parts they do really well :)

    Pures response is sharper thus your brain correlates it to wow because we are used to sharpness in Games and we not always detect Aliasing as something bad ;)

    @TheWorse:

    I just fired up both mods again. Your rain does not move with the wind and the rain is less intense compared to the Pure E3. Any chance you can get the rain moving with the wind at least? Everything else about your mod is awesome.

    You might be right. But there is one thing I am not imagining, that's the intense rain that moves in the wind.

    yep any modder should get away from this and rather use Vanilla setup it's pretty unrealistic in most mods

    The Rains movement is effected by the Wind Simulation and the Wind Simulation is Random so that you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't there just run around and take your time enjoying everything and explore the simulation :)

    though might be that TheWorse indeed did something wrong here by to heavy manipulating the level setup see 24/7 rain that's a big no go :)

    Though you should take into account that it might be possible that the savegame system mixes stuff up especially if it tries to call a weather state it doesn't saved before ;)

    So to be absolutely sure that everything is ok Start a Game from scratch and don't use the Savegame :)

    i am using high textures, v-sync on, and max. buffered frames @ 1, everything else on ultra
    and the game is running smooth on my rig

    Hello :)
    I did indeed try a new game and I tested for a little while. I get the same result. Pure E3 rain moves with the wind. The Worse rain does not move with the wind. Pure E3 rain is also more intense and the droplets look like the rain from ACIV Black Flag. It's the only thing 0.99v is missing.

    sick of this ****, other games have better textures and i can run it at its maximum but nope, watch dogs high or ultra = stutter

    so i guess "medium" aka low, will do

    The SLi is disabled, don't know why but the last version (0.8 or 0.97c) works perfectly with same settings...

    TW you are the best!!! Unique!!!
    I can't belive when i saw it!!! 1080p @ 26-30 fps!!!!
    Before i had to put at 900p to get thoose numbers!!!!
    I dont know how you do it but it's an incredible gain in performance!!!!!! Still shutters sometimes here and there but it's perfectly playable!!!

    I cant ask for more just look at my specs!!!
