Yeah, something is going on. Its called PLACEBO, and you may experience that when someone tells you something that doesn't actually exist but you still believe it.

Last time. There is no subsurface scattering available, neither is parallax occlusion mapping.

I'm glad you like it :)

You can use that if you want to, no problem.

Note that only the 0.97 versions(a,b,c) had those textures. the rest were the same with 0.99 (or atleast that's what I think)

Never the less, congratulations so far :)

I guess I spoke too soon, the performance went down again and the game now stutters when moving the camera around on a single card setup, it's like it pauses for a split second then. I know this mode isn't meant for fixing the game's would love to be able to play the game with no stuttering while using this awesome mod.

Just played for a while with 0.99, pretty much perfect imho! DOF is nice and cinematic just the way I like it, colorgrading is nice, wind physics and such feels dynamic and great, and the performance is stellar. If this is the direction 1.00 going then I can safely say I have the definite mod to actually play and finish the game now! Great job TheWorse!

Oh yeah, sorry. Only the version with MalDo textures have the new rock textures. I've removed the rock textures from other versions in order to upload 0.99 faster.

Still I'll advise everyone to download the version with MalDo textures, because it enables some high textures for some other stuff too. And it does not decrease quality at all.

Sorry 0% stuttering its impossible. Sometimes that happens to me too, and so far its impossible to completely fix that.

Thank you for the feedback! Glad you like it

In SweetFX 0.99 is problem. I have 1680x1050 resolution (16:10) and i have big black belts on monitor. Problem is with SweetFX 0.99. On SweetFX 0.97 and without SweetFX problem absent. I can't show screens because i have 0 posts in this moment (what a senseless rule).

PS. Sorry for my english :)

Open the sweetfx settings txt file, locate "border" change it from 1 to 0 and save it. Now run the game.

The borders are for a more cinematic look, that can be easily disabled.

Quick question, have you enabled anisotropic filtering in your mod (by default the game uses none or 2x or something as ****ty)?

I have to say in my honest opinion this is probably his best release yet! I just put in the sunset textures without overwriting TW and bossdofv2 for my own personal tastes and I'm very very pleased with results. Thank you the Worse!

The difference is very clear. I've ran two systems side by side and matched the time of day, location and weather. The Pure E3's rain reacts to the wind and the surface and reflections are absolute perfection. I think your 0.99v would benefit greatly with this rain and pseudo parallax occlusion. And by the way, your placebo theory is not true in my case because I never read the Pure E3 mod information!

Ok, I will download the version with MalDo's textures, because i really liked the rock textures. Thanks for the help. The effects on this mod are amazing. i haven't experienced rain yet, but i haven't played much either:):):)

Anisotropic filtering is something you have to enable through your graphics card application. Like nvidia control panel.

I didn't see any differences between other mods in textures or rain so I can't actually add something that doesn't exist for me.

That's not a bug, that's how the dynamic shadows react when you are too close to the light. Because the shadows are sharp, sometimes that will happen.

In order to fix that shadows have to be soft and higher quality. Something not possible because Ubisoft never wanted to include dynamic shadows on the headlights.
