Thermaltake Level 10 GT Full Tower

Hello
I have the Thermaltake Level 10 GT Full Tower for about a month now so i decided is time to clean the vents, so I took out the side vent and the bottom vent, but I need help to open the front door so I can clean the front vent I don’t know how to open it, i used the key but it’s not moving out, is there a trick? Can someone please tell how I open the front door?

With a slight tug at the bottom of the front panel you can remove it. This gives you access to the front 200mm Color Shift intake fan and its filter screen on the front panel.

thanks for replay,and your help.that helped allot,i watched this video before, he do it so quickly i don't know what he did, i was worried i didn't want to pull it out hard.
