I've given sdhdship.exe a try too. This is what I get:
    • First few minutes, no scaling at all
    • After that I do get some scaling
    • Absolutely no scaling at all if I have in-game VSync disabled
    • Absolutely no scaling no scaling at all if I have in-game AA enabled
    • The weird part: if I do anything that causes ripples in water to be generated dynamically, scaling stops working
    • After scaling stops working, it picks up again after a few minutes
    • 15.4 DOES NOT list sdhdship.exe, it only has the old hkship.exe for Sleeping Dogs, but if I rename witcher3.exe to sdhdship.exe it still works just like 15.5
So, thanks for the find. :D It's definitely better than nothing.

Well did a thorough testing of CF and in the open fields scaling is pretty low meaning GPU usage ranges from 55%-65% seldom 70% and frames hover from 38-55fps ,so not really ideal but still better than single GPU. I really doubt AMD will release anything better to fix scaling than what we already have.
BTW Flickering is still present but comes up sporadically but not always so I don't know whats triggering it ?!?!But something is.

The profile seems to be scared of water. If i come to close to water, i'm back to the poor scaling. Now it is raining in the game and i'm back to the poor scaling.

    AMD are you reading this?:

We need a "waterproof" crossfire profile! :D

If anyone decides to give a try to hairworks should be aware that default settings for it are at least improperly designed. By default hairworks is working with 8x msaa for EVERY STRAND of hair! Via editing config files it is possible to lower or disable completely msaa for hair, just put proper value (0, 2 or 4) in proper ini file to get performance boost for hairworks. Here is source thread about it:

nVidia claims that game's engine doesn't support msaa nor txaa:

but hairworks is using msaa... like always, info from nvidia smells fishy.

CD Projekt Red should put into game's options proper slider to set level of msaa or to disable msaa for hairworks. FoV slider as well...

Hmm no luck here. So I just simply rename witcher3 to sdhship? I'm using 15.4 and don't have the sdhd profile.

Nice find dude.. this is big, I will put hairworks to 2x or 4x msaa and the performance improvement will be big.

TressFX was pretty cool in TR actually, I loved it.

CCC works for every game in case you didn't know.

It can be that the game is using border less window. I have often found that the game reverts back to that setting when starting the game.

Yes, on 15.4 I renamed it to "sdhdship.exe" and it worked. On the leaked 15.5 you can select the profile in CCC.

The profile for the new Sleeping Dogs is in 15.4 too (check the release notes), but it seems to be "hidden" in CCC. Some other profiles are like that too, for instance you can't find GTA V but CF obviously works fine with it.

Since i started the game a couple of hundreds of times already, i know why that happens. If you press play, don't do anything. Wait until de game has started. Then you can press space bar to skip through the intro sequences. If you press the space bar before that, you will go into borderless window mode.
