    Here's interactive DLSS comparison

What's interestong some RTX benchmarks from star wars shows also 1080ti and titan v results, 9 fps on 1080ti, 11 fps on titan v, and 45 fps on 2080ti.

Also I need to say these benchmark results looks really strange. Sometimes performance difference even without DLSS is almost doubled and I wonder what's happening here.

On top of that there are even differences in the same game. For example depending on the benchmark location 1080ti vs 2080ti performance difference may look not that big, but in some more demanding locations that difference is much bigger. For example GTA 5, 87fps on 2080ti, and 55 fps on 1080ti.

I wanted something with good contrast and real blacks like my plasma, and this is what was available. I was forced into 4K because I couldn't find 1080p OLEDs, and I've been suffering since, because the upscaling is awful and I have to be native all the time.

DLSS does it's AI image analysis in a lower res, then applies what it learned from that to the hi-res final image. There's no upscaling.

I think that reconstruction would be more correct term than upscaling in this case.

That is what happens when manufacturer has a lot of left overs from previous generation products. Release new product, rise the price and watch people buy older products. Clear inventory, seed more new products at slightly lower price and laugh.

That's extremely risky and a scumbag thing to do. I sincerely hope they cant sell em and are forced to sell them at a loss.

Yah, they are all over Amazon.

One Son of a bitch slimy POS is trying to sell the 2080 TI for $3K

In a perfect world, these people would be dragged out of their homes in the wee hours and … I digress :D

What's funny DLSS is so much sharper, it even almost removed DOF effect in final fantasy DLSS tech demo :p. But I have to say when I tried traditional downsapling in many games, I have also seen similar (d)effect. Personally I hate DOF anyway, so if DLSS will remove it, is even better :p.

Well you can remove TAA blur with a little LOD sharpening(-0.250 or -0.375 is more then enough), I don't see any shimmer cause of it, so that's ok..

Turing + Vulkan is where it's at. New games are really going to run insanely well on Turing if they use Vulkan.

Can someone post benchmarks of DOOM in Vulkan on 2080 and 2080 Ti?
