Just came here to thank you about your latest version, even on balance version with high texture setting floor/road textures look incredible! Also E3 Solo's Lensflare is the best IMO.

 

just thought i'd say i got a bit of playing last night using the balanced mod. i had it at 1080p, all at high with msaa2x, 2frame buffer, no motion and no sweetfx. It looked really impressive, i had fraps running and i was getting framerates between 40-55 on my setup(averaged at 40-45 driving, 48-55 walking about the city), i didn't notice any stuttering when driving, only some minor pop-in when i was driving a boat on water.

it started to rain and i loved how the coat and ground started to look, as well as the slight mist appearing in the distance. for my play it was still daytime so the sky was bright during all of this so there was a lot of bloom (as in good type of bloom, not like bloom everywhere haha). i can upload screenshots later when i get home all in all I'm really impressed. kinda want to revert to vanilla mode and see how it compared for the same sort of section of the city! :-D

The 1st is the solocreep's dynamic E3 wide lensflare effect!
2nd one , i too noticed it once ,it is because of the .lib file !
Solo has a newer version ! Which will be included in all versions with the explosions !

Any thoughts would be cool !

One thing ! The Explosions smoke is already a lot darker than Vanilla ! Any darker would lead nothing but spoiling gameplay !

So dark smoke will spoil gameplay dafuq it's not a gameplay it's graphics....

Well,what i meant with spoiling the gameplay is the annoying Cartoonish Tyre smoke made it's return and the smoke from Steam Pipe's were highly Toxic & Carbonated !
So smoke had to be greyish ! And not pure white !
