Singleplayer action rpg, hinting at multiple choices and developed by the makers from New Vegas and Fallout 1 & 2. Funny that they announced it now after the Bethesda bullcrap lol, god knows we've been wanting to get a spiritual successor to New Vegas or atleast any singleplayer RPG in that style. Multiplatform and on steam, release date 2019.
Looks interesting enough. Can't hope for a better pedigree either. Steam's welcome, but I assume xbox one also includes the MS store? If not, well ....
looks more like a mash up of firefly and steampunk with some of that classic fallout humor tossed in to me from this. But we will see when they reveal more about the game.
Well, this looks interesting. Let's see how Obsidian will fare after being bought by Microsoft. Steam is welcome, I was afraid that MS would enforce only the Win10 store.
Oh I'm gonna be optimistic about this one, and I had no idea Obsidian had hired the former folks behind Troika Games, that's awesome. But the primary reason I'll be optimistic about this title, They're using a Dialogue Window Spoiler: Dialogue Window
They'd better postpone to 2020 or even 2021, as 2019 + Obsidian + 'hey it's December 2018 right now' spells BUGGY MESS!!!
Game will be using Unreal Engine 4... I'm really interested to see if it will have item placement similar to Fallout 3 and up, where you can put down an item anywhere and it remembers always. Spoiler EXCEPT FOR WHEN YOU SPEND AGES TRYING TO BALANCE AN ITEM ON THE TABLE NEXT TO YOUR BED ONLY TO FIND IT ON THE FLOOR AGAIN WHEN YOU COME BACK FROM DOING THE UNKILLABLE PRESTON'S SLAVE WORK
Glad they making a 3d rpg for a change bit burnt out on the whole isometric thing . Does look to be suffering from too much bloom or saturation or both. Hope they tone that down, or reshades will be popular as hell for the game.
