i played the L4D2 demo, it has a very fun gameplay and very exciting story.
i can't wait to play it with my buddies.
the graphics are a +1 from it's predecessor and the sound and the internet stability that offers you now, it's like a wolf in a sheeps dressings.

I can't comment on L4D1 since I never played it. Some of the levels end with you needing to scavenge some items before you can finish. Others make you hold off horde after horde until your rescue vehicle arrives. It's very intense making that final run to the chopper as zombies close in on you.

Hard Rain was a lot of fun. Great weather effects as your progress through the level to add to the challenge. The very final chapter of the game (in The Parish) is ridiculous. Took a couple tries to beat it, and even then I only barely made it. Getting through that specific chapter is a very satisfying experience.

Overall I loved the campaign. Non-stop action from start to finish. The melee weapons are fun but surprisingly, I didn't care for the chainsaw (I preferred the axe or machete). And the music does a perfect job of enhancing the atmosphere in each particular level. No complaints at all from me.

Last night I played some add-on campaigns ,I have to say that they're incredible good work......

Campaigns like City 17, death abroad, cold fear , no more industries, etc are awesome ........

I know a lot of ppl say this game it's pretty much dead, but looking at the content out there, the quaility of it, and the price I paid for the game (5$) I am really happy ab it......

more or less 4.700 ppl playing last night total, but I had no problems to find some good co-op players on both normal campaigns and add-ons.....

Got threw Dead Center in 2 hours 9min last night =P I've added a few Guru's from the Steam group to my 'buddy list' or whatever it's called. I'm in love with this game, and it's all preparation for when the Zombies do actually take over!!!

Just got done playing the We Don't Go To Ravenholm beta. Only 2/4 chapters complete, but it's very solid. Pretty much a shot-for-shot remake of the HL2 level. Perfect atmosphere for a L4D campaign.

Looks like the new DLC "The Sacrifice" is officially out for both L4D and L4D2. Can't even connect to Steam to try and download it. To celebrate it's release, Steam is having a pretty huge L4D sale:

    (Prices in USD)

    L4D: $6.49
    L4D2: $6.49
    L4D + L4D2 bundle: $10.19 (Can gift copies)
    L4D 4-pack: $20.39 ($5.10 a piece)
    L4D2 4-pack: $20.39 ($5.10 a piece)

Very psyched to finally try the new DLC.
