I find this remarkable. I wouldn't have expected Naughty Dog to even be planning a TLOU2PC before launching on PS4 first. But with the game nearing release, I suppose they could be looking ahead for a PC porting process.
Companies are finally realizing that you can make money off PC. And its only in Sony's best interest to eventually re-release the games to make more money.
Makes sense. With Microsoft's re-emergence on the PC platform, Sony does not want to be left behind. The real question is, why didn't this happen sooner? With the PS4 sharing a common architecture with PC and the PC being a very hot platform for development with high profit margins, it seems like a no brainer assuming they like money like most corporate businesses. I wonder what distribution platform they will use to sell these games if they ever become available? Most likely EGS if I had to guess, or their own PS store client.
Well i am very surprised all this is happening. GTA5's sales must have inspired them to go this route. Releasing games too soon after consoles launch will hurt consoles sales though, so I wonder what the time span will be of releases.
Bought a PS3 specifically for TLOU 1. Simply awesome game. I'd definitely double-dip the remaster if they decided to bring that and the sequel to PC.

The last of us 2 on the PS4 was a really remarkable experience for gaming. Was like playing a movie most of the time. Would be great to play it on PC, but I don't think I could go through all of it again. I don't know, it just seems like it should be played once and loved immensely after that in our memories (but that is just me). Would be great to see more exclusives coming to PC, but business doesn't work like that however for some they see the potential in sales through porting which is beneficial to pc gamers and the company in term of sales. Win-win situation. Hope the port does well.
For me experiencing this was like being really excited to finally get to eat some really nice food at a restaurant that you had previously been to and really enjoyed your time and food there.. after waiting in line to enter the restaurant for what seems like forever you are finally let in and shown to your seat, you then order your food and eagerly wait a little more all excited for the waiter to come with the food... instead the chef comes out, puts an empty plate in front of you and then gets up on the table pulls down his pants and shits in the empty plate, then he gets down off the table and stands there next to you waiting for your response on how it tastes.... you then say it looks like crap and tastes like crap and then the chef gets angry at you.
I really hope TLOU games come to PC. I really loved the series, and despite the hate 2 gets, I loved it as well.
The Last of Us 1 and 2 are significantly better games than Ghost of Tsushima, it gets very, very boring after expanding the map into the second region, haven't touched it for aaaages.
