Naaaaah BC2 had a lighter bloom. It's just that BC2 by default is too bright, you have to reduce brightness and increase contrast, because the bloom is fine if your lower these.

But just play the winter map in MoH and you'll understand what is a bad bloom. And yes the gameplay is crap.

She just adds a few lighting effects and uses the odd filter, all the objects/characters are ingame.

Some smaller details like lense flares are simple photo alterations but appear to be normal Oblivion content with heavily modded and "posed" scenes via a multitude of custom content and such, I'm no expert but I know the basics.
(There's a rather popular character screenshot thread on the Bethsoft forums for example and the below selection is pretty basic, there's a LOT of stuff available if you want to customize the game or your character.)

Yeah, one of the things with Oblivion is, I'd like to replay sometime, but there ARE OH SO MANY MODS.

Like I know to get the OOO Mod & Texture mod, but ugh, there' slike 50,000 to choose from and each one saying "5 stars! wonderful!" ect.

 

I always get too many mods.... then before you know it, I have 12 texture packs, 124 mods, and my Kajit has a penis,

 

Still a classic guru3d moment too

Best way to mod Oblivion, is to get only the things you need. Or, the things you need to make your play style/character work.
