BFBC 2's single player campaign feels a bit unpolished to me compared to MW2, especially when I see enemies just popping out of nowhere during scripted events. At least the aurally its all kinds of awesome lol, sounds great on my new 5.1 speakers.

    Anyway, to not go offtopic:

Downsampling to my monitor's native of 1680x1050. Just for pics of course, since I usually use 1920x1200. BTW, is there a way to fix the mouse cursor not lining up with what's onscreen when doing this? Same thing happens in Crysis. I also noticed that this downsampling stuff only works in dx10, forcing higher resolutions in dx9 reverts my res to 1680x1050.

Also, I don't know if its just me but is AA working right in BC2? I can put it all the way up to 16xQ CSAA and I barely noticed a difference and my framerate didn't seem to take a hit

Was wondering the same thing. I don't think it is. I didn't notice, feel or see any difference in terms of less jaggies and fps drops. Any way it doesn't seem to be working in your screens.

Same kind of AA that Crysis gets. Not applied everywhere.

The AA is far more noticeable on multiplayer for some reason

But Crysis' AA is noticeable in building edges or anything that isn't part of the vegetation. Here in BC2, I barely noticed any change at all to any edge, be it a building, pole, plant etc. Framerate stays pretty much the same as well. I did make a mistake with what I said earlier though, any of the Q AA modes hurt my framerate a bit (8xQ and 16xQ), but again there was no discernible difference. I haven't tried supersampling yet, might give that a shot when I have the time.

I notice a difference here tho. Maybe it's not working for you? (like not working visually but still applied )

obviously i didn't put the more explicit images, this is a sort of adult pr0n version of GTA (cartoonish but funny) where you beat people, ask for sex, pay hookers or normal girls (apparently sex restores health after a fight LOL!!), smoke weed, drink alcohol and stuff like that haha.

this game was well worth the price
