Haha, actually It's listed as available on "Steam" since the 4th so that's one way to get it early (Plus many "redeem" coupons for ATI's line of "HD 5000" cards.) despite for example that retail shops here seem to be a bit late with the release date being set to the 9th and from what I know the US retail store date was previous thuesday or so I believe (Fourth as well?), somewhat uncertain however but there are ways to acquire it legaly.
(I played around a bit with the demo but I'm not much into racing games or sports titles in general actually, wasn't a bad game or so actually but not in my interest or how to say it, more into Action and RPG titles with a bit of Strategy now and then, have grown out of adventure games though but I liked them a lot when I was younger.)

 

even if i wanted to pirate it so ****ing what, will you call the cops? lollo

Ahah I remember back ago when I posted PS3 Dirt 2 screenshots and was told that they were looking like ****. Well guess what, it ****ing looks the same. (screenshot wise)

US retailers were supposed to get their copies of the PC version of Dirt 2 on December 1 but apparently something happened to stop that. The PC version of Codemasters' driving game didn't make it to stores as planned. Codemasters has now admitted that something happened but they aren't giving any specifics.

According to a post on the game's official message boards, the game's community manager now says the game will ship on December 8. He states, "This is not due to a technical issue in any way shape or form. The actual reason is far to boring to go into to be honest." So we guess we will never know what happened. The game's digital download date has also been changed to December 8.

Game hasn't shipped yet. It isn't unlocked on Steam. It's not so much putting two and two together as putting one and one.
