Yeah remaster of Crysis without the single threaded design in the early versions of the engine and not being held back by the X360 or PS3 consoles the first time they re-released the game on newer hardware plus the improvements through all these years and that should make for a very impressive remastering of Lingshan I believe the island was called again. The VTOL segment that really showed how hampered the games performance could be from that particular limitation even if I believe the developers implemented a bit of dual-core support so it's not entirely single threaded. (Plus improvements over D3D10 especially going into Vulkan or D3D12 instead though D3D11.1 and on would be a big update already.) Also curious to see what the new GSC can do with their take on the new Stalker game, those titles with current hardware would have removed a lot of limitations with A Life and having to turn the map into separate zones and all that. (Partially seen in the Metro games and the X-Ray engine even if these are level based and progressed through in a more linear fashion.) I do expect modding and stuff like the development console to be reigned in though and depending on if it's going with EAC or something like that for online third party utility support might be limited but we'll see how that turns out once Crytek has more to show for whenever the next video or preview will be out. (Or the game itself.) Screenshot wise ReShade 4.6.2 has landed a lot of nice little improvements to D3D12, Vulkan and in general including depth buffer support and detection improvements although I mostly utilize it for smaller effects. (Photo mode support even if it can be limited is also seeing a increase in popularity in games without external tools, handy if there's some data protection though NVIDIA also occasionally gets involved and you get Ansel support that way.) EDIT: Screenshots...well still mostly just backlogged and with the current heat wave going through some videos of console exclusives. EDIT: Gujian 3 Not a bad game at all, will be interesting to see how some of the upcoming "Wuxia" themed titles will be once they're released. EDIT: And..hello thunderstorm and there's that classic midsummer weather everyone was expecting. Yay.
