A Plague Tale Innocence + Reshade
A Plauge tale
A Plague Tale
The Chronicles Of Riddick. Vanilla graphics.
Love the gameplay and use of "eye shine" has a lot of convenience over flashlights used in other games. Still looks decent for using the old OpenGL API that's now replaced with Vulcan looking a lot like Doom 3 though it's not a bad thing. Using my laptop with 1050 Ti. I get well over 100 frames per second maxed out. Now to do a playthrough of Butcher Bay, arguably the better of the two games.
Escape From The Butcher Bay was awesome. What a great game. It feels like games were different back then. Games weren't overcomplicated with stupid, tedious and boring game mechanics. You didn't need to wait half a year for bug fixes or missing content. Gold version meant something. You received ALL content and fun at Day1 etc...
A Plague Tale Innocence
It's nice to revisit old games with new hardware, Riddick still looks great.
Here I'm running it at 4K with 2x supersampling and still getting 120fps:
If anyone is wondering how I got supersampling to work, you have to use Nvidia inspector and then change this value here to 0x00000000.
Then force supersampling as usual, (ingame MSAA also has to be on)
That extra bit of supersampling really helps with the shader aliasing.
Also you can bind a hud toggle to for example caps lock by opening the console (ctrl + alt + ~) and then type bind capslock cl_toggleshowhud()
After a long and horrid ordeal with Rockstar Support over GTA 5 not being linked to my Steam Account anymore, I was finally able to check this game out with my Pimax 5k+ using the VR mod. It would be easy for R to add some official VR support if a modder can do it. I just hate trying to activate it using number keys when i don't have number keys on my kb
This game holds a lot of nostalgia for me. I play it every summer. This is the Dos CD rom voice version from GOG.com
A Plague Tale Innocence
Great art direction in A Plague Tale.
The game itself, is good?
Assassin's Creed Odyssey : Fate of Atlantis Chapter 2 - Torment of Hades
Cheerful! (Also anyone seen a green really angry space marine here somewhere.)
Now there's a proper stare.
Dra-ma-tic Cut-scene mo~ment! ♬
ALL the improper ideas! Probably warranted too.
Suffer the hands of a hero who has journeyed for months and never washed!
EDIT: And I see being dead doesn't stop certain needs what so ever. Doesn't matter who you were and once time's up you just have to let go. ... or let flow.
(Laser focused stream and two handed grip technique, what a guy!)
EDIT: Hell of a view!
(Or View of a Hell really...)
EDIT: Cutscene detailing and lighting still as good as ever, Alexios even managed to show some emotion and expression rare as they are.
(100+ hours doing much the same so probably not a chance for a Kass playthrough anytime soon though it'd make for a interesting comparison even if the story as such is the same as the two emote differently or how to put it.)
A plague Tale
*Gonna get her skull crushed* She: "Duh, wut?"
With the visor covered in what I hope is rust and a grip technique like that it'll probably be one spectacular miss or a really messed up wrist for the dude.
But it's probably some action event or cutscene, game looks good but I heard it's more along the lines of stealth and escorting though I might pick it up from a sale as reception overall is pretty high from players.
EDIT: Environmental detail really reminds me of Vanishing of Ethan Carter though. Liking the detailed scenery presented in the images I have seen of the game so far.
Random elves in the Hollow City.
The last Aylied king (they are all extinct since after the Alessian Slave Rebellion in the first era).
A Morag Tong assassin.
I think so! I loved it, personally. Gorgeous game, great settings, an okay(ish) narrative, and pretty nice gameplay once it opens up more in terms of tools\ways to approach situations.
Some people really don't like the gameplay though so... yeah, it's certainly divisive. But I enjoyed it. It was a nice change of pace after Rage 2.
And... while I'm at it, some screens from me.
