Having traveled through nearly the entire game now minus the DLC areas so far I think that the Forest of Fallen Giants and Heide's Tower of Flame got the biggest boost in terms of visual quality with tweaks to lighting and "HDR" though many of the other areas have gotten a few touch-ups as well but they don't look all that different, exception being the shaded woods section with the white fog which looks markedly better and there's the occasional tweak to indoor sections that are now much darker though a torch is usually not required but it can be helpful to have one at hand unless a NPC summon with a light spell is nearby.

Enemy placement is also more noticeable in the early game areas but nearly all the areas have been adjusted to some degree by introducing enemies that you'd usually expect elsewhere or even removing certain mobs, also has a couple of new stone statues for blocking of paths but there are more fragrant branches available (Though often hidden.) so you can clear most of these obstructions with some extra exploration.

The new "Dark" ending was interesting as well, I definitively prefer it to the old ending though both are available depending on certain choices throughout the game.

Wonder what plans From Software has for the PC platform next, and of course the XBO and PS4 consoles, Bloodborne spinoff such as with Dark Souls from Demons Souls perhaps or maybe something different.

I might be in the minority, but I like the look of the Rage engine. Wolfy's New Order and The Evil Within really looked nice. Some here and there issues, but they have a unique look.

I was more concerned with wolfenstein new order actually being a good game as opposed to rage rather than some fancy engine and texture work.

Crappy engine with annoying texture popins and no multi gpu support were the reason i never finished the game

    Awesome pics.
I suppose you need a power horse to run the game like that no?
