I played Guild Wars 1 many years ago and did OK but I remember it being a pretty difficult game whereas here things seem a bit simpler although the larger level range will probably ensure a better scaling than the cap that GW1 had at 20 and then enemies could scale to I think it was level 40 or so.
(You could even grind to level 20 in the tutorial zone - there was a achievement for that too. - made the earlier parts of the game somewhat easier though a follower or party of other players is still helpful and later on nearly required for the tougher zones and the game was also much more instanced besides cities and a few other places if I remember it right.)

    EDIT: Risen 3 (Enhanced Edition)

(Really love the atmosphere in this game.)

Game likes to reset the render resolution when it's started which is pretty easy to see if you have a frame counter enabled such as MSI Afterburner, if it's downsampled correctly it should be pretty small but if it's showing in normal size the game isn't properly using the downsampling resolution.
(EDIT: Seems to happen whenever the game is started up, easy enough to fix by changing back the display res to whatever the native monitor res actually is and then changing it right back to the res used for downsampling and it should be OK until you exit the game and start it again.)

(Also likes to crash when using alt-tab)

    EDIT: Phantom Pain
