Gee, with that quality and immersion I'd like the developers of 2033/34 to try continue the Stalker series again. ( I know they're ex stalker developers )

read carefully, everything is explained here

    http://www.asot.es/2001/09/skyrim-mods.html

    ENB preset = 80%
    Mods (textures/meshes) = 20%

And i often tweak the ENB for each screenshot (like the ones above), it's easier and i don't care about a perfect tweaked ENB for playing, that's the main reason of why i don't finish "my preset".

working on a mod. still really early. taking me time to do sense its my first mod and its big, . and I also had to fix the software to get it to work.

havent figured out a name yet. the factory or the office.

if anybody watch Haven on syfy and know about the barn in it. this is building is like it. but with this mod, depending on what door you open you get teleported to a different area in time and space.

in a half hour I layed out 50 lights today for a hallway.

A hits from someone who created maps for games a while back: avoid big. The biggest mistake beginner modders make is to be very enthusiastic and have a really great idea (which in itself is of course great), but since they don't yet have experience with a complete run of creating a mod from beginning to end, they almost always tend to just leave it after they've spend many hours on it.
So it doesn't have to be simplistic, just not big. Big kills mods.

Chaps, I need your help with Doom 3. I can get Sikkmod working fine but I can't get the high res textures working. I have a file called 'wulfen 2.0+monoxead.pk4' which I have tried copying accross to the 'base' folder and the 'sikkmod' folder but it's not working. I'm pretty sure this is what I did in the past to make it work. Any ideas?

Have look in the Sikkmod thread here http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=350337&page=14, but to answer your question directly, besides the greatly appreciated help from everyone in the sikkmod thread, i did the following to fix the problem your experiencing:
These 3 texture mods (zzHighResPipes_inoffical_wulfen_2.0_update, zzPanelfix,, zzROTWheltex) can be opened and contents dragged and dropped into zzMonoxeadWulfen2Fix.pk4 if the textures arent working or you simply just feel like it.

This is just what i did after being frustrated with things not working, so im guessing a good ol fresh install is needed everynow and then, i think i forget what i have and have not replaced and archives becomes a bit messy.

If anyone knows a way to hide the HUD, I'd appreciate it. (the in-game console doesn't seem to have an option).

Some crazy dwarf in Might and Magic X: Legacy quoting something I'm currently looking up more info about.
(The dwarf is pretty ugly really but I liked how the area looked so I took a couple of images.)

Played the beta of this before it was released nearly 2 years ago and only getting around to playing the full game now. Had no idea it could look so nice :)

I thought for sure it was the same engine as Dead Island, but Wiki says otherwise.

Yeah, Dead Island runs on Techland's in house property engine "Chrome".
The only game I can think of that licensed it was the first Sniper: Ghost Warrior.
