    Hej Error
I'm looking into getting the Kraken g10 för my 980ti I already have a Corsair H80i on my CPU. Which directions does the air go in your rig? Seeing you have two radiators.. Which configuration gives the best fresh/cool air?

By the looks of it, the fans on both radiators are exhausting the air... which in any situation (unless it's a front mounted radiator... which even then you could still technically do an exhaust setup) is the best bet. There isn't really a lot of heat being put off by the block/pump combo, so that wouldn't be an issue for either of the radiators. I may be wrong, but setting up a multi-rad system with one of the radiators set up with intake fans would only really lower the cooling potential of the other radiator(s).

So late last night I ordered some bits from ColdZero, an Asus Xonar DX2 back plate (couldn't resist :D) and a cover for the side of the 5.25 and first HDD cage. Looking forward to trying these out and then when I'm feeling a little more flush might go and order some more bits to set aside for my eventual move off of the trusty X58.

So my stuff arrived from ColdZero and it's been fitted with a remarkable amount of ease I'll add.

5.25" Drive and first HDD cage black plate fitted along with the Asus back plate.

Close up of the Asus back plate (would love vendors to start doing this as standard since I think they look great :nerd:)

Cheers Undying, been holding on to my ancient X58 for a while now and desperately hoping someone will release a BLUE Z170 motherboard instead of red ones so i can finish my build :bang:. Performance wise the CPU is okay but it's getting on and I'm missing out on the modern features like proper USB3.0 support and SATA 6.0GBS with my chipset.

Beautiful MikeMK. Can't really compete with that build.

Haha, how could you tell? :giggle2:

The heatsink is rated for 2x 140x140x25mm fans, the fans I mounted up are a bit bigger at 140x160x26.5mm. Load/VRM temps on my 290x never exceed 61-62C now :pipe:

really? doesn't even seem like it'd sport two 140's. Almost seems like it's suited for a 120 and a 140.... if not something a little smaller in either spot.
