Nice rig there Russ369, but I feel that 9800GT is useless in that rig.........you ain't using Physx eeee or is it just for X - Factor as Hilbert continuously says it in the reviews!!!
? I use it for Batman AA, Mafia 2 and Metro 2033... It makes a difference in fps if I have it in or not... Mafia 2 my fps is cut in half if I dont have that 9800gt for physx
Hehe well that's an other story my friend.........well again nice rig & very good cable management )
Thanks, yea im happy with it, the 1090t is a bit underwhelming compared to the sandybridge's, but w/e... Cable management is great with the haf922, maybe not as good as some of those corsair cases, but the space it has in the back panel gives me alot of room to cram those cables... its a mess in the back, but who cares right?
Damn, love those water cooled rigs...
Anyone know where I can get that in Manila?
my system lol no more upgrading for a long time now
and yes i noticed my back fan was in backwards
Uuh... technically... aren't your top fans in backwards as well?
Nice rig, though.
edit: and am i missing something? Why does it appear that those top fans have two sets of wires?
top fans are blowing air in wich is ok
each fan has 1 wire to change color and 1 to change rpm they are enermax duo's and trio's
Not sure exactly why you'd want the top fans to be intake.... but ok.
Indeed, hot air rises, why fight that?
Only thing i could think of is to try to get a bit more cool air directly towards the CPU heatsink..... but all that would serve is to get that air from the CPU heatsink fans to the rear exhaust, which would then travel up, and quite possibly just get recirculated by the top intake fans..... along with the heat from the GPU's.
the bottom fan is blowing air into the bottom gpu and there's another fan attached to the hdd-cage(wich you cant see on the pic) wich blows air to the top gpu.
1 problem i have is hot air coming out of the front of my case(above my dvd-drive)
Got the chance to do a new Build with Intel and a Phantom case , Nice Case, Plenty of of room too
Nice.... i like the white theme, especially with the matching white PSU.
Trolle: Well... that could be because of the mess of airflow you have going on inside your case. I mean.... one fan blowing up towards the GPU's.... another blowing along the GPU's..... two at the top blowing downwards.... bound to wind up with air pockets somewhere when you have multiple paths of airflow intersecting or meeting head on with one another.
i have the same 750 psu how do you keep cables so clean and neat
probably by running the cables behind the motherboard tray, and keeping whatever wires aren't being used tucked back there, too.
