R404a: water cooling hoses ran behind the mobo tray? That's different... although not sure if it's the greatest idea...

.... that would be what the "R404a" was for in the very first part of my post. wasn't referring to your build... but the one two posts above yours. I know yours is a double-width case.

Finally got my new heatsink after FedEx got a bit idiotic. They don't deliver it on Thursday... when it didn't start snowing until like 8:00PM... supposedly due to "local weather conditions".... but they'll deliver it Friday... when some of the roads still have a decent coating of snow on them. makes sense, doesn't it? And i must say.... it's surprising to see a heatsink that isn't completely undersized compared to my case and video card. It actually fits in nicely. As do the fans, which are also color coordinated with my motherboard and RAM. Prolimatech Armageddon.

and yes, i know... i forgot to take the "Press Here" stickers off the fan clips (which are also interesting, although might not be usable for all types of fans).

And i know i got two fans but am only using one.... that's cause i don't have any more fan headers on my motherboard for a 6th fan.... so i'd either have to ditch a case fan, or use a molex adapter.... which would suck cause i don't have any molex power cables connected to my PSU, nor do i want to have to try to hide yet another wire. Out of curiosity.... is it possible to run two fans off of one fan header if i were to splice the wires together and use only one plug?

You do realize you are creating negative air pressure by doing that to the rear fan, turn it around man.

Gar... Think you mean positive air pressure if anything. Negative air pressure is having more air leaving the case than entering it with fans... Like my case for instance. One intake, 3 exhaust. Negative pressure isn't really a bad thing, but don't think the rear fan should ever be an intake in any situation.

I have 1front,2 side and 1 bottom fan sucking air in and top and rear fan sucking air out.
    Should be ok right?

well.... i don't think there's really a BAD fan setup as long as you have some intake and some exhaust with at least a reasonable amount of thought as to an airflow path.
