Yeah I've been wanting to OC my 3200+ and try using a 64-bit OS to up my ppd... Wonder how effective that will be... Anyways, It seems I can't mess with my multi to OC. So needless to say it will be rather ineffective. Has anyone ever compared folding 64-bit vs. 32-bit? Are there and real gains to be had?

Hello. You don't have to ajust the Miltiplier to overclock. I don't have an unlocked multiplier, I use the FSB Frequency. An unlocked multiplier would be nice tho, I'm stuck @ 2700MHz, that seems to be the max I can get out of this nForce3. But I'm happy. :)

If anybody's interested we're about to pass a ghostship :eek3:

Team 10002 used to be impressive but for some reason it all fell apart. Sounds like a Scooby mystery to me ;)

One of us should go investigate... :)

cocknetsean - No, the 2900's are not yet supported. But you should fold with your Q6600.

Here is some things to help you get started:

Well, stanford's servers are down. :( I'll post back later...

Anbody know why my Athlon 64 keeps getting the 24xx / 26xx WU's which are worth 500 points and my P4 keeps getting 200/300 pointers? I don't get it! I haven't had a different WU on my A64 in several weeks. I keep getting 500 point Work Units.

Don't know - my P4s have been getting 500 pointers for a while. Could be that the stanford servers reckon you don't have enough RAM in your P4s? Are your P4s willamettes, northwoods or prescotts?

    80Mb is impressive 2x32Mb + 2x8Mb yes?
    I don't think it'll make the deadlines tho - I'm pretty sure my winchip 200 can't either :)
