Well Hazzard27, cards from the same manufacturer may not perform the same way. What do you mean by "not performing as it should"? Is it because you can't oc the core as much as I can? I don't play counterstrike so I don't have a benchmark to compare with yours. Perhaps 3DMark01,03,05 and AQMark3 should be a good comparison. One of the biggest problem I encountered before changing my GPU cooler was heat. I was getting 64-68c idle and perhaps more than 80c load. Oc'ing the card makes both the core and mem chips very hot and I would suggest better cooling if you want to oc the card. After installing the cooler I was getting 39-40c idle and 49-50c load. Other than that, I think the performance of your rig depends very much on your mobo and rams. Having said that, I am still puzzled at my rams because I am using Infineon ECC unregistered rams and some folks at the ABIT forum said they never should have worked.
