It also either working against natural convection working hard to push the heat down and outwards from the case or pulling cold air inwards and spewing the hot air from the radiator everywhere inside the case. Hope no one see's this as a recommended practice.
Not sure about this case, but natural convection doesn't really matter for what's inside the case when you start forcing the way air flows inside of it. Even with a front mounted radiator with intake fans it is possible to avoid building up a lot of heat on the inside, just a question about how the "wind-tunnel" is set up. The only thing that can be an issue at that point is keeping the room the PC is located in from heating up.
