System troubleshooting; shuts off immediately after powering

    I don't have any DDR3 memory to swap with.
    System is currently stable and hasn't shown any problems at all today however.

    Back when the issue occured though, as I stated, the two-digit display did not show anything. The power supply did not last long enough for the motherboard to even begin its POSTing process.

    anyhow for you guys;

    It's doing fine at the moment. Hopefully the problem's gone for good. But I think I keep hearing humming from the power supply at times. Coil buzz?
    Also I had to remove the radiator to reinstall the fans. I realized the bozo at the store fixed the fans to conflict each other (push-push), rather than push-pull exhaust as I'd requested. But that only caused my temperatures to reach 80s at prolonged load, rather than preventing me from booting...
