I just wondering who else picked this CD up and what their opinion was on it.
Crap. Then again, I don't like SOAD that much, just a few songs off of Toxicity...
Look at my sig and you'll know what I think of this band.
You've got to get all the 5 cd's they made to understand hypnotize. That's what I think.
Look at this: http://forums1.sonymusic.com/eve/ubb.x?a=frm&s=8581093&f=278109551
That board says everything.
I think Daron has taken the lead of the band in hypnotize (damn serj where are you?) If daron was going to start singing in almost all the songs.. why dont let him sing progressively, I mean increasing his influence with every album, not this way. Heck... my friend David could tell you guys alot of this... only if he knew of this forum and wanted to post on it... well...
I heard all but 2 songs of the new album and its some what good, but they seem to be getting bad. my 2cents
I love SOAD, and Hypnotize is one of my favorite songs from them. Then of course B.Y.O.B and Question! are great songs too.
Thy new album is great, though you can't just listen to it once and then claim to know that 'It's teh sux!11'.
It grows and becomes better every time ye listen to it.
-Tis an awesome album, according to me.
WELCOME TO THE SOLDIERS SIDE!!!%#^$&^$#&^#$&^y#
God is wearing black - best sentence ever.
Agree with Gnarg. Some of it tracks need to grow on you.
I'm not a fanatic of SOAD, so i don't think that the whole of the album is great. Some tracks i didn't like a lot, but Hypnotize is ... hypnotising (and looping in my player)
Amen to that, brother!
So far, my favourite songs of this album are: "Kill rock 'n' roll","Tentative", "Lonely day", "Soldier side" and "She's like heroin". But, IMO, tentative is one of the best ones, with that B.Y.O.B. style...
