Well, I gave the demo for this a run on my 360. I'm so glad I didn't get myself overly excited for it. The demo was terrible. I'd say the demo felt along the same lines as Brink or Bodycount. While I had worries earlier due to some gameplay videos looking rather dull (both in combat and other mechanics) and uninspired, I'll say those worries didn't fade after running through the demo. They are reinforced. Nothing about the demo stood out or felt overly "fresh" or interesting. More so tired and boring. I was originally rather interested due to it being developed by Starbreeze. I loved their previous titles (Riddick and The Darkness), so for a while I was willing to get behind this game based off that alone. But, upon learning that Starbreeze had lost some key people earlier (they went off to form Machinegames which was recently acquired by ZeniMax)... my faith faded some. As happens with some studios, when some members leave it can make a pretty big impact. And, if the demo is anything to be judged by... this isn't the same Starbreeze. Very sad to say, but I have absolutely zero interest in this game now. If it ever turns up for budget bin prices... maybe. But full price? Hell no.
