i don't remove the other preset in case someone want to see the change and effect , good way to learn

remove vsync from the ini et forced it with the driver, adaptive mode

I have added blue tint, which adds more sterile style as for me, and vibrance. Other small tweaks too. How do you like it?

I'm personally not a fan of vibrance. I already add some in driver level. So that's why my configs can look a bit boring sometimes but nothing stop people to enable it.

  4. Tweking through drivers is individual. Using SweetFX settings is kinda universal - anyone can download, use and get the same picture, more or less.

And it's late autumn now, and WINTER IS COMING, y'know. WE NEED COLORS!

Sure, we need colors but we can't do that with SweetFX. All we can do is saturating or adding lights to colors. I don't call that adding colors.

It's quite a powerful tool for removing colored tints tho and adjust lighting. :D I don't know where you guys live but it's not a wonderland of colors over here.

you know every monitor is different is have 2 at home and sometime my setting look great on one but not on the other
plus the driver setting /version and different graphic card
so we need to tweak the preset

I tweaked my config a bit, removed the excessive red that made the game too brown in New York. And the black lines on red were the Main.h bug

    Added sharpening.

    ^ Looking good.

I see the difference but some will probably tell you they don't see the difference.

    Thanks guys.

  11. I'd say mostly contrast is tweaked, yes.

I like VIBRANCE, VIBRANCE, VIBRANCE :)

And in this game it seems to really fit just fine, as for me: Quantum Conundrum

    SweetFX with Rise of Flight

Just wanted to drop by and say thanks to CeeJay for his wonderful mod. It works great with ROF and several of our users have been enjoying it immensly. Flight-simmers love as many graphics options as possible. It is also popular with other flight-sims.

Also, I sent you an email today CeeJay. I hope you got it.

    See you in the skies!

    Jason

I might need some small help. So ive got the latest sweetfx version and i wanted to try it out on Planetside 2 cause i have heard people had nice increasements of performance due to sweetfx overriding ps2's sad fxaa system.
What happened at me: i didnt really change anything in the settings file aside from disabling the AA, i started up PS2. For a second during the loading screen everything turned white/black and very pixillike.
Then ingame.. I noticed even with the stuff in place and set to improve the graphics... It still was exactly the same graphicwise aside from the fact that it took my frames down from 35 to 9.

Now, can anyone perhaps guess what my problem is? Could it be the fact that i use the steamversion? Maybe i did something wrong with my injector settings (cant link them though since kinda typing on an mobile device atm, not close to my pc) or do i perhaps needs to disable something special at ps2 or my pc to make sweetfx work?

Windows 7 64bit ,nvidia video card

    Any help appreciated.

  19. Please get close to your PC and post your log.log and settings file contents, and I'd also suggest you to make some screenshots with and without SFX. Please read all the readme's before, especially hotkeys part. And also you might find SweetFX\Game_compability.txt file useful. I don't have PS2 (kinda weird using this abbreaviation for something other than PlayStation 2 :)) myself, so can't check it, but probably you need to play with dll's and settings files placement, similar to Crysis-es, STALKERs and some other games.

And please, use 'code', 'spoiler' and other appropriate tags posting all above. It's close to 70 pages, people! Let's keep it nice and clean, pals.

P.S. Before I go to sleep, this.
