Edit: It helped, :hatty: many thanks
Hi Bolatar. Has there any new updates on your injector since this 6/01/2013 version? If so can you post a link? If not, are you working on any new versions? I'd really like to use the latest SFX with 64bit apps/games.
Hello to all,
Do we have a working SMAA injector for Windows 8.1 (aka Direct X 11.2) yet?
If so, can sm1 point me to the link please?
Hi, i started to use SweetFX 1.5.1 in some games, but now i want to try it on emulators, i've tried in PCSX2, but it crashes when i start a ISO...
Now i wanna know, SweetFX works on emulators like PCSX2, Dolphin, NullDC and etc.?
Used to work in Dolphin 32bits and on PCSX2 through RadeonPRO + SweetFX 1.4 if I recall correctly (is unstable in this one though).
BUT, for emulators the best way to go is search for the shaders made by Asmodean. They are great.
There are versions for PCSX-R and PPSSPP too.
With PCSX2 you have to set DX11 as the render.
I dunno if SweetFX works with Dolphin emulator or NullDC.
Boulotaur halted the project last year and then decided later he was not going to continue work on it as Crosire is working on a new injector.. Again..
However K-Putt did update his injector to 1.5.1 (also added chromatic Arberation,) which you can download from one of the three links here:

Yes and no; RadeonPro is still the most recommended why of doing SweetFX for DX11 on Win8.1. Crosire is re-writing his injector, renaming it and there is no ETA for public testing far as I know. Of course you can still try to use eFX (which is the predecessor to the new injector Crosire is writing) but it's not the most stable or reliable injector in the world.
I need your help, I have win 8.1 and using Radeonpro. I tried a lot of SweetFX injectors like yours 15.1 version and boulotaur2024 but no results. its showing in game "SweetFX on and off" but with nothing changing of any color or any effect. Please advise it will be very kind of u. Bioshock infinite and resident evil revelations.
SweetFX and S.T.A.L.K.E.R Clear Sky
I am trying to use SweetFX's SMAA instead of Stalker Clear Sky's Antialiasing, which is causing a massive drop in performance.
I tried a lot of versions and installation approaches i.e installing the dll in bin and the sweetFX file in the main directory, but the game still crashes on loading. I also tried the basic SMAA injection, turning off Nvidia AA, turning of Steam (it has the overlay hack though) and turning off FRAPs.
I get the following the bug report from the Xray engine(note that I installed max shaders mod and stalker complete):
I am currently playing Clear Sky on Stalker complete and shaders max mods. I found out that Antialiasing is behind the performance issues, so I tried using injectors such as SMAA and SweetFX. I am trying to get it to work for hours but it either crashes on loading or launching. I also tried messing with Nvidia inspector and control panel, but they don't do a damn thing since I am running the game on maxed settings DX10.
I tried SweetFX with configuration and the old inject SMAA; I get the same bullcrap. This is the bug report from the Xray engine:

I'm sorry to bothering you.
It's my first time with SweetFX and it doesn't work in Windows 8.1.1 X64 (NVIDIA GTX 260 with latest beta driver).
I used RadeonPro and SweetFX 1.5.1 with Boulotaur2024 Injector following the guide in Overclockr/Steam forum.
I activated 32/64bit option in RadeonPro.
I tried it with Diablo III and System Shock 2 (SS2tool 5.1 and mods).
In D3, the key works but there aren't any changes to switching between SweetFX On/Off.
In SS2, SweetFX doesn't work at all.
Can you help me?
Thanks so much.
Use the official 1.4 version from CeeJay. Anything beyond that isn't supported by RadeonPro. It works.. but you have to fiddle around with it. The 1.4 version works from the get go.
And SMAA doesn't work with eFX. Only FXAA. Could be worse tho.. anything else should work. Mostly..
I tried both the official 1.4 and the eFX but they don't work.
If I use only the SweetFX Configurator, does it work in Windows 8.1?
Can I copy manually the SweetFX files in the game folder in Windows 8.1?
Thanks so much for your helpfulness.
The Configurartor is literally just a GUI for making settings that has the ability to install SweetFX into the game folder for you.
Your directory structure must be exactly like this:
[Clear Sky root]\bin\d3d9.dll
[Clear Sky root]\bin\dxgi.dll
[Clear Sky root]\bin\injector.ini
[Clear Sky root]\SweetFX <-- folder and all its contents
[Clear Sky root]\d3d9.fx
[Clear Sky root]\dxgi.fx
[Clear Sky root]\log.txt
[Clear Sky root]\shader.fx
[Clear Sky root]\SweetFX_preset.txt
[Clear Sky root]\SweetFX_settings.txt
If this still doesn't work, try not using any mods. If it then works, you've probably got a shader incompatibility.
The same problem is with me also, please if u find any solution let me know.
My 1.5.1 SweetFX's screenshot hotkey isn't functioning as expected.
(Post count of five or higher to posts links or images? Seriously guys? Wasn't the three human verification questions, confirmed e-mail address, and manual account activation by an admin enough?)
The right side image is what I actually see and what I want the SFX hotkey to capture. Instead it's capturing at what appears to be a lower brightness. I'm running the game in windowed mode and I've heard that disables in-game brightness/contrast/gamma settings sometimes. Could that be my problem?
So i can't use both Lumasharpen and SMAA? No fix for this yet?
I'm pretty positive this has never been an issue..
Yep, it was pretty much the shaders max mod that was causing the whole thing. I made a copy of the original shaders and now SweetFX works.
Thanks for the help. Just a side note, SweetFX turned off dynamic lighting but I turned it on (it works and the god rays mod too), but I noticed that other graphics options where off such as wet surfaces and volumetric smoke. Also, the Antialiasing option turned into a meter instead of x2 and x4; should I leave it to zero?
Edit: Apparently, SMAA is only for DX9. I will stick with maxed out graphics with no AA or 2x; I get above 70FPS with 2x and 140fps with no AA.
Finally I got the solution and its working like BUTTER, I am happy  and thanks for EVERYONE for no helping.
