stuttering in youtube!!!!

hello all i got stuttering in youtube videos ! why is it ?
i use driver 169.28 i after format with all drivers installed + sound card installed driver thanks alll

Across the several computers I have used recently, I think a bit of stuttering is inherent to youtube and flash videos in general. Theres always a little shifting or skipping, and the intensity depends. I don't think I have come across one 100% perfectly smooth youtube video. If you look hard enough you can find it in anything.

 

It's your internet connection not your graphics card.

you prob got a problem with your system flash

 

So it stutters even when the full video has been downloaded?

I will get that sometimes if the browser zoom is weird (an odd number?) Try zooming in or out a little and see if it goes away (hold CTRL and roll your mouse wheel).

 

It's called your internet connection blows

 

When do you have the problem, before or after the whole clip has downloaded ( darker red progress bar ) ?

Before downloading the whole clip:
Blame it on your isp & youtube servers.

After dling:
Flash decoder ( reinstall flash perhaps ?)
Cpu (altho rare, my 600 mhz p3 can play them ''windowed'' fast enough, fullscreen it stutters a bit tho and cpu usage is 100%)
or
Browser ( try iexplorer ? but for me firefox & ie7 both work fine.
