    Anyone else get this?

Lastnight, put my head down around 1:30am, woke up on the dot of 2am, fell back asleep, 5am on the dot woke up, fell asleep again, 6am on the dot and 7am on the dot, not a minute before or after, exactly on the hour, no alarms or clicking clocks, just a digital display

    What dafuq causes that? lol

Waking up in the night? Yes, happens from time to time though I rarely wake up by myself in the morning when I have to go to work.

Sometimes I lay quite still and sometimes I toss and turn a lot.

Exactly on the hour, not a minute either side, 3-4 times? Seems strange to me, or did you not read that far through the post?

Well the physiological clock or whatever is surprisingly accurate and sleep phases alternate on an hourly or so basis AFAIK.

Maybe you just slept lightly and often when coming out of deep sleep phase woke up.

That or ghosts. Or alien mind control :cyclone:

Could be a diverted bus route or something. Public transport occasionally works on time and on the hour.

I'd try DDU'ing your actual drivers and do a clean install of 666.66 illuminati edition drivers. Your eyes might notice a color percepetion improvement also.

When I was on a regular routine of waking up at 5:00am and running, needed an alarm to wake me up at first. After awhile, did not matter what time went to sleep, woke up at 5:00 every time...not a minute before or after without an alarm.

Would not think on it much. Just something that makes one go "hhhmmm."

Well besides poltergeist and loud buses my opinion would be to see a doctor. If this has been something on going it can be real sign of a medical issue. Possibly stress related, thyroid or heart or worse. If you've never had problems before I doubt it's environmental. See a Dr. get checked for all the junk. No reason not to. Also don't eat pizza after midnight it attracts the ghosts.

When I was racing long distance offshore, we had a 4 on 4 off schedule for a week and a half.... wow...let me tell you the crazy dreams you have when you are sooo tired that even in big seas and a really loud carbon fiber yacht, you go straight to REM sleep very quickly. Hell it takes 2-3 days just to adapt and get real sleep....
Its freaky how vivid your dreams are.

Hi, i have Tinnitus which makes falling to sleep extra difficult, i usually wake after first hour, usually around 3am...take a leak then fall back to sleep for 4 hours...take another leak around 7am then sleep for 2 more hours before getting woke by one of my cats at 8:58 on the dot every morning inc weekends....and you quessed it...take another leak before returning to the pit for 1 last hour, waking up isn't the problem, the problem comes if my Tinnitus kicks in before i get back to sleep.
