Stock Vcore for a FX8350 ???

A customer brought me a computer that had stability problems, i noticed that the voltage in AUTO FX 8350 is very low (1.27), I had assumed that the voltage of this processor is 1.35 or is there a new batch that uses less voltage? I Assemble only a few FX platforms and so i don't know them very well

The motherboard is a GA-970A-DS3P rev 1.0 with the latest BIOS,
Power supply EVGA 500W Brand New,
Memories Kingston Fury 2x8 (which i tested with Memtest86)
Video card a R7 260X (also i tested with Heaven 4.0)

EDIT : Right now i bumped the vcore a bit and seems stable .... but i want to know if this is a bad batch or the motherboard set a wrong VID

 

Well i bumped the voltage to 1.30 and seems stable now ... (prime95 and Linx). If someone have a input will be really apreciated

 

Hi mine is stock and its at 1.320

 

Thanks ! i ended up setting the vcore at 1.30 seems pretty stable .... this computer have the stock cooler so i want to archive the best thermal possible
