Oh my gawd, since when did mice start to cost 160 EUR / USD and need to be pre-ordered ? SteelSeries announced that the Sensei Wireless Gaming Mouse is available for pre-order now along with new Stee... SteelSeries Sensei Wireless Gaming Mouse Pre-Order - Costs 160 EURO
160€? Really 160€? Making it >$220? I know, that it's a different mouse, but I've just found G700 for 71€. On top of that, the charging pad is kinda big, and if it acts as a receiver, it would be kinda incompatible with laptops.
lol ?! 160€... ? for sth worth maybe 30 ? This is the same BS as a Siberia Elite headphone price (costs like a audiophile headphones), when cheaper by a half HPhones beat those Siberias in every aspect (oh maybe they are not so colorful...)
So I can either buy one of those, and wait for it, or buy four top quality sensible mice and have them delivered free in the morning.... Sadly people are indeed more than stupid enough with their money to be queuing up to buy these.
Nice, I've heard from trusted source that every single mouse from Sensei Wireless series is going to be delivered to home adress personally by some hot nude chick. Few days after you make preorder you'll receive a catalog with collection of available chicks to choose one you wish and she will deliver, install and setup that mouse instead of you, all that is included in 160€. Bargain... Now I just need to preorder and to make a schedule so that my wife won't be at home at that time, lol... 160€ for a mouse like that? SS gimme a break, April 1st is still more than 10 days ahead... Me too, I can live and play with wired MO/KB with 160€ in my pocket.
Logitech G700s is the Rolls Royce of gaming mice (especially FPS and MMO) and costs less. It doesn't look like Sensei even supports side scrolling (perfect in FPS to throw grenades or tactical equipment)
ive a sensei raw bought for 50 bucks (swear by it. love it). i dont see how this could possibly be worth 4x as much.
My Kana died on me after a week of use - micro switch failed, now i have twice less expensive mouse with twice as much of DPI and its great.
I too only go wired, especially for keyboards. It is very rare someone actually NEEDS a wireless mouse. It is only occasional when a wireless mouse is convenient. For laptop users, bluetooth mice can be a major help but IMO they really diminish the portability of a laptop. Then again, I've seen people with 19"+ laptop screens when they already own a hefty desktop system and just think to myself "why?".
The useful portion of the Sensei is basically what the Raw version can do. No point in buying another version imo.
Sub 1MS response time huh? So you're paying $160 euro's ($160 american, huh, euro customers are getting SCREEEEEEEEEEEWED over here man) for something a Logitech G9x, G700 and G700s can already do for about $100 in worst cases.
So I found it in one of the stores over here, and the price converted to USD / EUR is: $241 / 176€ for a computer mouse
