Only played a few minutes of the park, glad the sale is over tbh. Goot everything I wanted real cheap.
Didn't buy anything this year, instead i completely uninstalled Steam. Got pissed off with their refund Policy. I only really play Blizzard Games anyways, and if i do want to try something out ill just download it from UseNet. I'm done with not being able try out a Demo of Games.
What's wrong with their refund policy? Besides barely working, demos don't show much of a game (especially not most technical problems because 'it's only a demo' and 'you'll see'). Also, even if you buy a game, some in debth tutorials take longer than two hours.
I dotn have a problem with their refund policy. Refunded quite few games now, i think its great! saved me about £50!
Bought Homeworld Remastered 6 Months ago with zero minutes played. Yesterday i fired it up to find out it has TERRIBLE game breaking mouse lag. Requested a refund and been to to GTFO. So i'm done with buying on Steam, back to warez for me.
He's just looking for an excuse to pirate instead of pay, no reasonable person would expect a refund after 6 months, do you think Amazon would refund me on my new TV after 6 months? I don't think so.
Yeah. You can't buy something from Wal-Mart, never touch it for six months... and then try and take it back. Sorry, but attempt failed. If you want to pirate... at least have the stones to just admit it without trying to cover it with some lame excuse.
Please let me know how you liked it after you play it a bit more. BTW Kholat is a very good game I think, very moody and spooky openish-world exploration in wintery mountains. Graphics are very nice too, but the game seems to be very heavy on the GPU. Can't max it out without severe framerate drops though that's probably due to the state of UE4 engine at the time of release. Pineview Drive seems promising too, but only tested it for an hour or so to tweak some settings, not very optimized either (the usual indie-Unity thing).
