These are the ten top selling titles on Steam for the week as reported by Valve: 1.Grand Theft Auto V2.Counter-Strike: Global Offensive3.Fallout 44.Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege5.The Witcher 3: Wild... Steam Weekly Top Ten December 7th 2015
i swear to god Valve are just shamelessly advertising CS:GO by injecting it into their reports. theres no way that many people are still buying the game, even when you factor in hackers repurchasing accounts.
How are case purchases registered? I am no expert on them but they do they sell them for real cash don't they? I wonder how Valve records them, if they were counted as generic CS:Go sale then perhaps that explains it?
The average concurrent player count has gone from 150K last year to 350K this year. The E-Sport scene definitely helped kick it up a notch, especially this year with all the major events.
There's over 800,000 playing csgo right now. Don't blame them, new gun, new crate, new tweaks... Bought and opened my 1st and only revolver crate and got my red revolver already. Sweet. Revolver is also the first gun to have 2 simultaneous firing modes.
I have 5 of them: 1.Grand Theft Auto V 2.Counter-Strike: Global Offensive 3.Fallout 4 4.Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege 5.The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt 6.Just Cause 3 7.Rocket League 8.ARK: Survival Evolved 9.Elite: Dangerous 10.Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary (RU) GTA lost it's appeal to me somewhere in middle of GTA3 datadisc. Fallout 3 already was not to my taste, even Tactics with so little story felt more enjoyable. Just Cause is just 'rubber man simulator'. Rocket League does not look half bad, but I have so many games which I can play and can give similar type of fun. Elite: Dangerous, I loved original Elite on C64. But if I go for this game ever, It will not be before I can pick HTC Vive or Oculus Rift.
