The GeForce website now offers a take on the performance you can expect from their graphics cards to run Star Wars Battlefront II, the upcoming Star Wars action sequel. They also point the way to this... Star Wars Battlefront II Specs Requirements
I'm not interested in this game, but it's still pretty funny to see my CPU as the minimum requirement. I can only thank Intel heartfully for their absolute no-progress for all these years, which resulted in a relatively pricy CPU becoming obsolete a couple of years after release.
Played 4hrs of this upto now,BUT 1) msi afterburner causes game not too boot so beware if you use afterburner 2) gpu clocks during gameplay are up and down fluctuating from 700mhz too 1850 (gtx1070) ingame not just menus. not sure whats going on but these issues were not present in the beta apart from that a very nice looking game if fps wasn't a bit hit and miss at the moment maybe an updated driver will fix this. Update:Turned off vsync and issues gone away, clocks now read correctly also, very strange issue but now back too solid 180fps...
I love this game , I tried it with my origin Access : And it s great ! very beautiful , very smooth , very good maps in multiplayer ! I ve no problem with MSI AB , game runs perfect on my GTX 980 Ti (Full HD). But there s a mistake in spec : it s not 25 Gb but 55 Gb for Hard-drive space
Bought and played Battlefront, could have been a great game but map issues and tons of cheaters mad me hate the game. Won't buy Battlefront II
For any of you who have gotten to try it. Can anyone give a definitive answer on what you can do solo? Obviously there is a short campaign. I also believe there is a 10v10 bots or something like it and a endless mode where you play as Maul. Is that it? I can see no reason every mode available should not have bots. Like in the original...the Death Star mission was mp only. Is this new one the same way? If so i'll pass as well.
From what I was reading on Origin, the game requires 60GB. Perhaps the 25GB was only for the Multiplayer Origin Access version of the game? I wish it was 25GB, games are huge these days...
The beta ran perfectly for me maxed at 4k with a 6600k so I think there's nothing to worry about. I'd take these requirements with a grain of salt.
