How come I need to free my standby memory to get smooth gameplay in BF1 and BF4? I read that not all people have these issues with win10. Using 1903 ATM latest.
I have 2 rigs one intel i5 6500 and my new r5 3600 but i'm using the same GPU
is is broken? Should i do an RMA?
    thanks

BTW my standby memory keeps increasing while palying BF4 and bf1
is that normal? Just isntalled win 10 fresh today today

    increasing to what size?

btw, Bf4+ uses up to 10-12GB. Try Quake champions with ultra texture, it will use up to 13-14GB..

Not hardware issue. Issue is in Windows itself.

The problem with standby memory currently is it is incorrectly weighted higher than active tasks, they previously fixed an issue where the standby list was getting Zero'd out instead of directly overwritten but the weighting issue is leading to the system prioritising caching instead of loading data for active tasks.
