i needed a mac for xcode. so i asked my dad to buy one for me. he bought the 128 gb mid 2017 macbook pro ( the latest one). that storage is too small for me. i need to upgrade the ssd at at least with a 256 or 512 gb. how can i do so ?? which SSD are supported by macbook pro. and can i use NVME drives ?? how to do it ??

The SSD is soldered on the latest Macbook Pro. Upgrades are impossible.

I suggest you look into an external drive if you need more space.

Honestly we can't know for certain unless you're willing to take it apart
