Guyz, need some tips on which speakers to get. My targeted budget is around $150 USD or less.

These are the 3 sets i have in mind.

Logitech Xtrusio 100
Creative FPS 2000 Digital
Altec Lansing ACS-56

Originally wanted the Klipsch 4.1 or A.L Ada 890... except getting a stupid power converter is too much of a hassle. And i'm not really interested in spending any more than $150 on speakers unless i feel they are really worth it, as in with the THX speakers. Too bad i don't live in U.S

Anyways, please please give me opinions on the above 3 sets... or any other set you have in mind, i'll check it out. Thanks!

Yea, Logitech makes speakers, they're kinda new in the field but i have a pair of their soundman x2, very nice speakers, but not enough power in my opinion, and they're only a 2 speaker + sub set. But they've come out with a 100watt set... with a 54 watt subby, only prob is it is a two channel sub, so i'm not too sure how powerful it is.
As for the creative, follow this link

And lastly, altec ACS56

http://www.hardcoreware.net/reviews/speakers/altec_lansing_acs56/1.htm

Another prob is the speakers are probably a personal thing because some reviewers tend to have conflicting reviews, e.g one says bass rox, the other says its muddy...

    Ah, the sweet spot.
Speakers? $150? I didn't need to read anymore to form an opinion for you. Don't get speakers, get some headphones. Get some Grado SR125's. Killer.
i got headphones... apart from the fact i lost the little extension cord, but putting that litte thing aside, i never liked using headphones... they hurt after a while and i'm not one of those obsessive players who have to use headphones to play games.

I'm not using cheapo headphones, i have Sony ones, they might not be the best... but they're not that bad either. The only time i might consider headphones is at night.

Thanks for the suggestion anyhow.

Altec Lansing speakers are very good. I have the ACS54 4.1 system and they rock! Cheap as hell too.. about $50 US... Come with 2 main, 2 satellite and an adjustable subwoofer..
