    25% off the GGG price of £40 is still £30. I pre-ordered mine from GAME yesterday for under £24 when they had the COSTUMES £5 discount code plus I had some unused credit I didn't realise I had. :banana:

    Waiting for Amazon to delivery my copy (PC) on Friday. I am glad to see a game that lots of people like for once.

    newbies... :rolleyes:

    Fix for 30fps lock

    Modify the user.ini file

    Navigate to %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Games\South Park - The Stick of Truth
    Open the user.ini file with a text editor
    Change vsync to 0
    Save the file.

    Do not forget to force vertical sync on or limit the frame rate via video driver. Otherwise some issues will occur during in-game.

    Using Autohotkey to remap keys.

    "c" executes "i" (inventory)
    and "numpad 6" does "m" (map)

    Autohotkey does not work always in fullscreen, so you need to reload the scrypt ingame with CTRL+ALT+P.
    (Trick that I just invented [IMG])

    Code:
    ^!p::
    IfWinExist South Park™: The Stick of Truth™
    Reload
    Return

    #IfWinActive, South Park™: The Stick of Truth™
    c::i
    Numpad6::m
    Return

    While this will work South Park the show is jerky and stuttery so locking the game at 30 FPS is actually fine as it adds to the charm.

    Other than the fact that the game has no User.ini file. :p
    (There's config.ini and engine.ini in the game directory but as I posted earlier changing some of the settings causes bugs or crashes such as trying to enable DX11 without having the necessary shader files.)

    Game settings are stored to EOptions.opt and GOptions.opt but these files can't be edited in a simple text viewer. :)

    Yeah it doesn't feel right @ 60fps, there is weird jerkiness to it, mostly when you move left to right and there are characters on screen (in background).

    Even with forced RTSS 60fps limiter, 1fps ahead and forced vsync. Ah well..

    30FPS is fine for South Park: Stick Of Truth, no need for 60FPS.I'm really enjoying this game so far, i just ''killed'' the anti-magician elf.

    My only issue is that motion blur going on when ie running, typical 30hz "issue".

    Otherwise I don't mind it at all, funny game :D

    Considering they are using the actual TV shows assets, and the TV show is designed to run at 24 FPS...
    The game being locked at 30 actually makes the game feel more like the show.

    Anybody complaining about graphics options/framerates is just completely missing the point of this.

    yaya. I will play this on friday a bit, I'm a massive South Park fan. Just watched Total Biscuit's "WTF is..." vid on this and he was a bit negative with graphics options in the game.

    Come on, it's South Park, if it was any different, I'd be disappointed. From what I've seen, I'll spend some time giggling as I play.
