Currently I have winfast 4x soundcard and also I have ALTEC LANSING ADA70 - USB... (no sound card required for this speaker system)
The "problem" is CPU utilization...
as you already know that USB-thing "sound-card" is suck out all of your resources (almost 66%... told someone...) so, I should decide which sound card is better, of course in the term of sound quality and CPU utilization...
did creative vibra 128 is consume less CPU utilization than Winfast 4x? Anyone know the answer? I wil buy that Vibra128 (I'm kinda short of money right now... better to save for something else )
Please... let me know........ plsssss

A Live! line or a xp theater will use almost nothing on your cpu.

bugsy, he said he's a bit short on cash, you just named about the most expensive cards..... (not attacking you, just a fact)

euh...what do you want from the soundcard ?
there are many soundcards out there that supports all kinds of stuff (A3D , 5.1 DSPL , Digital & stuff)

He also said something about saving for something else. Live Value isn't that expensive anyway. Great card for the money. Buy it cheap online.
