" designed to replicate the ways humans see and hear"

So when I have a few beers on a Friday or Saturday night it can correct for this?

Does it also stop me falling asleep and then forgetting what happened whilst I was awake?

Why would you when a high end Samsung QLED outperforms it?

yeah, they are so good, South Korea had the olympics broadcasted by Sony (A/V) ...
funny thing to do, when you have the "best" tv makers in your own country.

    @uVSthem
how is it unfulfilled, when they didnt give a date?
even before the X90H was released (nor after) did sony claim "its working".

and ALLM isnt needed, i get =< 8ms render time, so not sure how missing vrr is an issue,
unless of course you cant get stable fps, but thats not the tvs fault.

    • 100Hz native panel
    • HDMI 2.1 feature compatibility, including 4K 120fps
Um, so the port can take in 120fps data but the TV can only display 100fps? ROFL

If you guys like Samsung so much just go and buy it. Stop bitching. I go buy old trusty Sony and will see how long will you Samsung last. BTW if your Sony brakes within the warranty you get new replacement. Dare you to try it with Samsung.
Although I love my Samsung phone.!

actually not. those are still edge-lit and it (the Samsung) would outperform the lcd version, but not the full array which not only gives you real HDR, but blacker blacks instead of the Samsung grays

how about knowing what system is used (broadcasting), before appearing to be a ...?

    PAL: 25/50/100/200Hz
    NTSC 30/60/12/240Hz

nothing to do with VRR, or what the tv cant/can do...

100Hz "native" panel refresh rate. That means it had to be manually changed/OC'd from the manufacturer?

And "FULL ARRAY" local dimming with zero information on how many zones is/are applicable......

Yeah. I'm sure for the price I'll just stick with an LG OLED as always.

This latest model from LG this year is going to look so much better in my living room at two thirds the cost next year.

Just gives time for receiver/TV manufacturers to work out them bugs that are still around so to speak.

not knowing the difference between broadcasts in different countries (e.g. NTSC vs PAL), and mistaking signal refresh rates, with what hw (panel) does? ok.

the 95/950 series has +400 for 75in (dont remember smaller sizes),
and even the 90/900 has more zones than any other 49/50 FALD i had used/tested in the past 8 month, and no trouble displaying black background with only stars being visible (STW etc).

as long as they still have webOS and horrible nav on UI, i wont buy another LG.
and when i see IR after about a year of running 12h/day (logos from demo vids),
when the sony equivalent did not have it, says it all.

lol, there arent any 4k OTA broadcasts outside asia and some other limited markets.
